E. Lee Dyer IV is a respected consultant, organizational change strategist, trainer, and speaker with over a decade of experience guiding organizations toward meaningful and measurable workplace inclusion. As founder and CEO of the E. Lee Dyer Consulting Group (ELDCG), he partners with corporations, nonprofits, and educational institutions to deliver strategic planning, leadership development, and equity-centered training that transforms organizational culture from the inside out.
Through ELDCG, Lee has led cross-sector initiatives that foster sustainable change, and his insights on inclusion, leadership, and systems transformation have been featured by NBC, the Associated Press, and other national platforms.
